نگاهی به وضعیت نابسامان حقوق بشر کشورهای غربی 

کشورهای غربی در حالی مدعی وضعیت حقوق بشر در کشورهای دیگر و یافتن راه حل برای این کشورهای هستند که به اذعان سازمان‌ها و مراکز مدافع حقوق بشر از نابسامانی شدید در وضعیت حقوق بشر رنج می‌برند.به گزارش هم اندیشی به نقل از فارس، کشورهای غربی مدعی دموکراسی و حقوق بشر مانند آمریکا، فرانسه وانگلیس همواره داعیه حفظ حقوق اولیه و اجتماعی انسان‌ها را داشته و سعی کرده‌اند خود را همواره حامی حفظ حقوق بشر جلوه دهند.اما گزارش‌های سازمان‌های بیطرف جهانی و حامی حقوق بشر و گزارش‌ها و اخبار رسیده از این کشورها نه تنها نشان دهنده رعایت حقوق بشر نیست بلکه حاکی تلخی از نقض حقوق بشر در این کشورها دارد. از نمونه‌های این دلایل می‌توان به گزارش سالیانه سازمان حقوق بشر فرانسه اشاره کرد که در آن به بدرفتاری نسبت به مهاجرین و بی‌توجهی به حقوق آنها و عدم احترام به حقوق بشر در مقایسه با دیگر اعضای اتحادیه اروپا، بالاترین میزان شکایت از سوی شهروندان فرانسوی در دادگاه حقوق بشر اروپا، طولانی بودن مدت بازداشت موقت در این کشور (متوسط مدت بازداشت موقت در جهان هفت ماه است در حالی که این مدت در فرانسه به دو سال می‌رسد)، وخامت وضع زندان‌های فرانسه و تراکم جمعیت زندان‌های مزبور، برخورد‌های فیزیکی زندانیان و تجاوز نسبت به یکدیگر، نقض حقوق زنان و خشونت علیه آنها، بدون مجازات ماندن خشونت‌های پلیس و بدرفتاری‌های آنها و قتل‌های نژادپرستانه و افزایش اعمال تبعیض و نژادپرستی می‌توان اشاره کرد.
